Shipping Information

Shipping Costs & Estimated Delivery Times

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight, dimensions, and destination. Estimated delivery times will also be displayed at checkout. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other factors outside our control.

Where We Ship

Artople currently ships to:

  • All U.S. states (including Alaska and Hawaii)
  • International shipping may be available depending on destination and product type. Additional duties, taxes, or import fees may apply and are the customer’s responsibility.

Return & Refund Eligibility

Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your product.

Eligible Products

To qualify for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused
  • Unopened
  • In its original packaging
  • In resalable condition

Non-Returnable Items (Final Sale)

The following items cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances:

  • Custom or made-to-order products
  • Cut-to-length or altered materials
  • Clearance / final-sale items
  • Any product that has been installed, used, or damaged after delivery

Restocking Fees & Return Shipping Costs

Restocking Fee

All approved returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee (Artople will specify the exact percentage based on the product category).
This fee covers inspection, repackaging, and inventory processing.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for:

  • All return shipping fees
  • Any original shipping charges paid at the time of purchase (these are non-refundable)

If a return label is provided by Artople, its cost will be deducted from your refund.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return:

  1. Email support@artople.com with:
    • Order number
    • Product name
    • Reason for return
    • Photos (if applicable)
  2. Our team will review your request within 2–3 business days.
  3. If approved, you will receive:
    • A Return Authorization Number (RMA)
    • Return instructions
    • (Optional) a prepaid return label (cost deducted from refund)

Important:
Returns sent without prior authorization or without an RMA number will not be accepted.

Refund Process

Refund Method

Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
Shipping charges, return shipping fees, and restocking fees will be deducted from the final refund amount.

Refund Timing

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

  • Allow 5–10 business days for processing
  • Allow an additional 3–5 business days for the refund to appear on your bank or credit card statement

If a return is denied (due to damage, signs of use, missing packaging, etc.), the item may be shipped back to you at your expense.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

  1. Contact support@artople.com within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Provide:
    • Order number
    • Description of the issue
    • Photos/videos of the damage or incorrect item

We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Exchanges

Exchanges may be possible for eligible items, but are subject to stock availability and the same return conditions listed above. Custom products cannot be exchanged.
